Valentines Day, and lots and lots of snow

There is SO much snow here in Granville like 1 1/2 feet!!!! I got a cold though :( Yesterday Amelia, and I walked downtown! It was all going great until we walked back, the wind-snow was blowing straight in our faces! By the time we got home I was a icicle ( not kidding I was blue! )! I forgot to say the other day Happy Valentines day everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well today I read my blog all of it~ ( so many memories haha :D) Good memories! Well I am thinking of what my 100 post is going to be! hmmmm!! Well have a great day!

YAY I LOVED LOVED LOVED KALAHARI!

OKAY! I loooooved kalahari so much so here's what I did there! The first day we got there at like 6 so we didn't go swimming, but I met up with my friends Lena, Liberty, Noah, Molly, and Sophie! we were going to go to a carnival, but it turned out all they had were games, and the line went reallllllllllllllllllllllly far back so we skipped that. The next day we went to the water park, the first thing we went in was the Wave Pool! The waves got really big, but they stopped every five minutes or something! :p It took until we were about to leave when I decided I would go on any BIG rides. The ride we went on first was the Toilet bowl. It puts you on a slide, and it goes really fast into a funnel, and you go around like 2 times than go into a hole...it may not sound creepy, but it is, and the tubes they have you can go backwards on! Well anyways than we went on another slide, of course I had to go backwards again, but I think it is more fun to go backwards, because than you don't know if your going to hit anything! Later that day we ate lunch, and then went back to the water park, and since we had not gone on the Lazy River we went in that, and a long yellow tube slide, and a bad thing happened on that I hit my face against my dads knee!!!!!! owww it hurt, and my dad said he was expecting me to come out hurt or something!! I was fine though.... my teeth hurt a teensy bit though. Well anyways after the slide we went into the hot tub for a while, and then my sister, and dad went on this thing called Cheetah Racing, but it looked so scary! You have to go on your stomach on a board, and at the end it goes straight down hill! The day after this we went back to the water park, and this time I decided to go on more rides, we went on all the rides again, and then a few more! There were two tube slides, and one where you go on you back! After ALL this my dad said he would give me 1$ if I went on, who could say no to that lol!? Well anyways the ride was scary! It went fast, and the guy was like HOLD ON! It was so fast, and it was only like 20 seconds....worth it though :D That night I hung out with my friends Liberty, Lena, Molly, Sophie, and Noah. That night was the talent show!!!!! I was nervous surprisingly! It was really fun though! After the talent show I played apples to apples at Lena, Liberty, Sophie, Molly, and Noah's hotel room. I almost forgot! The arcade! I got 1,000 tickets, just from 1 game it was a really slim chance, cause right next to it was 4 tickets, I got a Elephant stuffed animal, and the lady was really nice, and she gave me a stuffed animal, and spree candies! That's pretty much all! I can NOT wait till next year! :D

Kalahari!

I think I have posted about this, but in only like 4 days we are going to Kalahari water resort for a Home School convention! I think we are leaving Monday, and Staying untill Thursday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooo excited :D :D :D :D:D:D:D Happy Valentines Day everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi!

OK! So a couple days ago I went to South Carolina to see my Grandma, and Grandpa Nicholls! It was so fun, we played scrabble, and scootered a lot! The first day we just hung out, and played scrabble...the second day we went shopping at Old Navy, and Hallmarks. Than we went, and picked up Grandma Gowan, and ate at Mc. Donald's. After this we picked up Madi! ( Amelia, and I cousin) We played with her for like 3 hoursss! The next day it snowed, and the whole street was solid ice!!!!!!!!!!!! Amelia, and I scootered on it for a very long time...we were pretty much snowed in, and I think that we scootered, and played board games ALL day. The next night our dad got there, and the next morning we went to Bojangles. They we playing Bingo there, but it was only for people 55 and older or something so we just played on teams with our Grandma, and Grandpa. That day we also met Madi, Uncle Jimmy, and Aunt Jessica at The Beacon ( a resturaunt) They have REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYY SWEET TEA! IT'S SO GOOD THOUGH! On tuesday we had to leave at 5:00, but Grandma Gowan came over to eat lunch-dinner. That day our Grandpa got another scooter they are so so so so so so so fun! When we got to the airport our back up flight was canceled so we barely got on. On the flight Amelia got sick sadly :( So we got her medicine at the airport, and Chinese food! It was really fun though! I will have to put some pictures on in a little bit!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! IT'S 2010:) I hope you had a Merry Christmas! Nooo more 00 untill 3000! Well 2100...here are 5 things I hope I can acomplish this year!

1. Become a good enough swimming to do swim team.
2. Eat a piece of fruit with every meal. (that was my mom's idea lol)
3. Learn how to do the splits!
4. Read 1 hour a day.
5. Take 1 picture a day.

Dance Recital

Hello! On Sunday I had my dance recital!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so nervous! When I woke up I got dressed, and practiced my dance. When it was about 12:30 we went to get my teacher a gift card for the coffee shop, and went to my dance. The stage, and stuff was at a Highschool about 20 miniutes away, we were supposed to go in at 1:00, but the doors were locked for like half an our so it was a little late. When we did get in we went into the hallway, and stretched...we also went through our dance. Then when it was about to start we went into this place called the green room where we waited, and practiced. Then we finally got to dance:) Everyone forgot to move up!!!!!!!!!!! Other then that it was all good though, there were a LOT more people than I thought, it was kinda scary...BUT REALLY REALLY FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After we got to go get bagels, and frozen hot chocolate...:) I might be able to do the next session even YAY! Have a Great Christmas!!!
